Satellite dish repairs and alignment in Norfolk
If your satellite TV has lost signal or keeps dropping out, we check the dish, its alignment and the cable back to your box, then fix what’s wrong.
Signs your dish needs looking at
A “no satellite signal” message
The box can’t see the satellite. Often the dish has moved, the cable is damaged or a connector has corroded.
Signal drops in rain or wind
A dish that is slightly out of line copes in good weather and gives up when it rains. Realigning it usually sorts it.
Dish knocked in a storm
Strong winds can twist a dish on its bracket. We realign it and tighten or replace the fixings.
Rust on the bracket or LNB
The LNB is the part on the end of the arm. Once it or the bracket corrodes, the picture gets less reliable. We replace worn parts.
Sky and Freesat dishes
Sky and Freesat use the same satellites, so we can realign and repair the dish whichever service you watch.
We’re an independent installer and aren’t connected to Sky or Freesat. For subscription, box or account problems, contact your provider.
How the visit works
Ring or send the quote form with your postcode and what’s wrong. We book a visit, find the cause and explain what it needs. The survey is free and there’s no obligation.
If you want us to go ahead, you get a fixed price first. Work only starts once you’ve agreed it, and we test everything with you before we leave.
Questions people ask
Can you realign my Sky dish?
Yes. We realign the dish to the satellite and check the signal on your box before we leave.
How do I know if my dish is out of line?
If the picture drops out in rain, or some channels fail while others work, the dish may be slightly off. A dish that has visibly moved will usually show no signal at all.
Do you check the cable as well?
Yes. A damaged cable or a corroded connector can look just like a dish fault, so we test the whole run back to your box.
